Shipping & Returns
Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be made and posted.
Once your order has been made and dispatched, please allow the following time for postage:
For all orders, within India, we aim to ship your items within 3-5 business days – however it is often sooner. Once dispatched, we will email you to let you know the goods have been sent.
For international orders, customers are responsible for all import duties and custom fees within their own country. Please allow 7 -10 business days for us to ship your items. We unfortunately are not able to identify how long any order will take to arrive once it reaches customs in your specific country.
When ordering, please ensure that the address on your confirmation email is correct. We cannot accept any responsibility for delivery if the incorrect address is provided. If you notice a mistake on your order, please get in touch with the studio immediately, quoting your order number, the incorrect address and where you would like the order shipping. Providing that it has not yet already been dispatched, we will be able to make the necessary changes.
We take care to pack all products so that they won’t be damaged during transit. In the unfortunate event that a parcel arrives damaged, if it’s possible, we will replace your purchase. In order to access the damage, we will require notification from you within 10 days from receipt of receiving the goods, as well as a digital image of the damage. Again, we assess all damage on a case-by-case basis, so the sooner you get in touch with us the easier it will be for us to help you.
We work hard to create high quality products, however if for any reason you’re not happy with your order, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will give you details of how to return the item(s) for either an exchange or refund. Items must be returned in a saleable condition within the packaging they arrived in.
