The Choice of Colors is Crucial
“My approach to art is rooted in intuition, and I couple this instinctive connection with a deep understanding of colour. My work is designed to evoke more than just a visual response—it’s aimed at stirring a visceral reaction within the viewer. Every artwork is orchestrated to transport my audience to a specific place or a fleeting moment in time.”

About her medium of choice, she says. “For personal work, I choose my medium based on the subject of the painting, although I most commonly use acrylic paints since I’m comfortable with them and love the aesthetic and quality of the medium. I also love working with oil pastels, I feel the medium has a lot of character and lends a raw, rough feel to the artwork. It’s such an underrated, under-used medium, I find it an absolute pleasure to work with."
